Zero Stigma Tax: privacy for CAPE Flow and MATCH Flow
The privacy-first design and operating philosophy behind our apps. It exists to remove the hidden emotional, psychological, and administrative costs that keep people from getting sexual healthcare.
- No account

- Free, no paywalls
- No referral needed
What is the stigma tax?
In traditional healthcare, the stigma tax is the friction that raises the cost of asking for help. You don't pay it in dollars. You pay it in fear, delay, and doubt.
When that cost gets high enough, people in a panicked or high-risk moment freeze, put off action, or walk away from care entirely.

The architecture: your data stays yours
Privacy fears peak in high-stakes moments. So the apps are built so your private entries never leave your hands.
- 01
No accounts or sign-ups
You never log in or give an email, name, phone number, or any identifying details.
- 02
Your entries stay on your device
Anxiety Audits, MATCH plans, journal entries, SafER Scores, and Legacy Letters are saved only on your phone or in your browser.
- 03
Nothing personal goes to the cloud
Your entries and health information aren't uploaded, tracked, or stored in our databases.
- 04
Delete it and it's gone
Deleting the app or clearing your browser data permanently erases your entries.
Low-friction access to care
Privacy is only half the cost. The apps also remove the financial and institutional barriers.
No paywalls or subscriptions
Protection is a fundamental right. Both apps are free for everyone, always.
No referral required
Open decision trees, FRIES-based boundary scripts, and 72-hour window timers directly, without a clinical referral.
Status-neutral and affirming
Self-respect, practical agency, and usable tools replace clinical shame and judgment.

A plan, with peace of mind
By pairing on-device privacy with zero financial barriers, Zero Stigma Tax means anyone facing a 1 a.m. crisis can build a plan they can act on, without worrying who's watching.
Keep your privacy tight
The apps don't collect your entries, but your device is still yours to protect. A few things outside the app's control:
- Shared or unlocked devices. Anyone who can open your phone can open the app. Use a screen lock.
- Browser history. Visiting the web app shows up in history unless you use a private window.
- Device backups. Some phone backups can include app data. Check your backup settings if that matters to you.
- Clinic billing. Insurance paperwork is handled by clinics and insurers, not the apps. Ask a clinic about confidential or sliding-scale options.
