Fearless, aware, and protected

HARNESS Adult Track

Science as your wingman. HARNESS teaches combination prevention as a modular system: five pieces you choose, fit together, and test against the messy situations real life actually throws at you.

The MATCH Framework crest for the HARNESS Adult Track: a steel shield of five puzzle pieces — M, A, T, C, H — held together by magenta harness straps, with a flame on a center shield.

The five pieces

No single method covers every situation. HARNESS helps adults pick the combination that fits their life, and keep it running.

M

Medications

PrEP, PEP, Doxy-PEP, and vaccines — what each does, when it applies, and how to ask for it.

A

Awareness

Testing rhythms, knowing your status and a partner's, and what U=U means.

T

Tools

The physical frontline: external and internal condoms, dental dams, gloves, and lube.

C

Communication

Consent, disclosure, and scripts for conversations that feel hard to start.

H

Habits

Refills, reminders, and routines that keep the plan working on a bad week.

Naming the Ghosts

Fear doesn't disappear when you ignore it. HARNESS treats each fear as data — name it, map it to a MATCH piece, and give it a task.

Naming the Ghosts: The HARNESS Project. Ghost icons labeled Rejection, Cost, Disclosure, Trust, Broken condoms, Shame, Judgment, and Access drift toward a targeting scope that locks onto one ghost and sends it into the MATCH puzzle shield — M, A, T, C, H around a central flame — strapped into a magenta harness.

The plan stress test

The Plan Stress Test: Baseline, Chaos, The Pivot — dynamic redundancy in action. Step 1, Baseline: the full MATCH puzzle shield, an ideal safety plan. Step 2, Chaos injection at 1:04 a.m.: the shield cracks when a barrier fails. Step 3, The Pivot: the M piece, the 72-hour PEP window, and the C piece activate to restore protection.

A plan that works on a calm Tuesday can fall apart after two drinks or a surprise bill. Participants run their plan against eight scenarios and fix the weak points before they matter.

30-Day Fearless Challenge

Protection is a muscle. After the workshop, participants practice one small action a day for 30 days so the plan becomes routine instead of a one-time decision.
